Coaching

As a transitional coach, my role is to walk with you and help you clarify the ‘mess’ you find yourself in. I walk you through the murky waters until you have a clear path to follow. I help you set clear goals, focus on who you are now, how you got here, and the future you want to create for yourself.
I’m a partner, motivator, and accountability partner, and when necessary, a chief whip. From a young age, we are conditioned to live a certain life and be a certain way. Through coaching, I help you grow your self-belief and confidence, create balance and harmony, manage stress, overcome procrastination, and discover how to use your unique strengths effectively.

Speaking
Planning a conference takes a lot of work, but without the right keynote speaker, your audiences’ expectations won’t be met, and you risk losing future attendees. With ten years’ experience as a keynote, motivational, and transformation speaker, I set a positive and relevant tone in your conference, engage your audience, and support your event’s theme.
Every speech should lead the audience to a place they haven’t been before, motivate, educate, and provide leadership. I always strive to cause a mental disruption, so the audience is forced to think of simple concepts differently. This causes them to shifts their focus from boring ‘I’ve heard this before’ to being excited and seeing possibilities.
