I am the founder of the Business Women Community, a networking group for women in business that focuses on educating and empowering women. I have been in human resources for many years. I bring this expertise to educate women entrepreneurs on setting goals, managing people, and identifying leaders within their employees. I am passionate about working with women and is always looking for ways to help empower, motivate, inform, and help them build meaningful relationships.

Through BWC, I have worked with numerous non-profit organizations that focus on helping women going through trauma and abuse. Having overcome this myself, I realizes just how powerful a woman becomes, especially after overcoming these vices. Through the BWC, I have worked with both seasoned and budding women entrepreneurs to help them excel in business.
